Volunteer Opportunity for education is a program that balances classroom theory with periods of practical, hands-on experience. Through the HCSI Aurora Healthcare Service Internship, students are able to alternate academic study with hours gaining practical experience in a healthcare setting.
This Vol-Op will provide on the work-based training, observation and evaluation through planned and supervised experiences that develop, improve, and refine occupation competencies.
Each week of your Vol-op experience you will complete a section of the curriculum. You will review the presentation and complete the short quiz each week.
